Ohh snap!! Now they got monsters.

Have you seen the new advertising campaign for Bumbershoot with the buses that look like they have been Bombed [in the graffiti sense of the word]. I think it is interesting to see the aprpriation of Graff culture without actually using participants of that culture to carry it out. Here is a link to the designers of this campaign, Asterik Studios. I guess in my role as booster for the local Street/ urban contemporary art community I would like to see a "Urban' art campaign carried out by "Urban" artists. If I was Peekaboo Monster I would be pissed.
